New Series Launch: SPACEX WEEKLY
“Most people have no idea what’s coming. We do.” – The Greatest Living Americans.

Most humans — and most investors — have absolutely no idea what is about to happen. SpaceX is already our #1 ranked private company at G.L.A. INVE$T RESEARCH, and the moment it goes public, it will instantly enter our Top 3 Public holdings, right next to $TSLA and $PLTR, The Upside is Limitless, and Elon’s Resolve is Infinite.

Elon Musk himself, responding to a post about SpaceX’s forthcoming IPO and a $1.75 trillion valuation, said just three words: “People have no idea.” That’s it. Three words from the most consequential entrepreneur alive. We believe he means it — and we believe he’s understatingit.

The IPO of a Lifetime

As of late February 2026, SpaceX is preparing to confidentially file IPO paperwork that could value the company at over $1.75 trillion, with Bloomberg reporting a potential filing as early as March and a listing on track for June 2026. The company is targeting a raise of at least $50 billion — which would shatter Saudi Aramco’s 2019 record of $29 billion and make this the largest IPO in the history of financial markets.

A Pitchbook analyst concluded that the $1.75 trillion valuation is “justifiable” using a sum-of-the-parts framework — and critically, that number does not even include xAI or the X platform, which are now part of the same entity. Let that sink in.

Four Trillion-Dollar Companies in One

Here is what the SpaceX IPO actually includes — and why there are zero comparables:

  • SpaceX Launch Business — operating with literally no competition, launching the majority of the world’s mass to orbit with reusable rockets while simultaneously developing Starship, the next-generation vehicle. The closest competitor, Blue Origin, is a full decade behind.

  • Starlink — the world’s largest and most advanced satellite constellation with nearly 10,000 satellites in low Earth orbit. As of February 2026, Starlink has crossed 10 million subscribers, adding over 20,000 new customers per day — with zero competition capable of matching it.

  • xAI — one of the fastest-growing AI companies on the planet, recently merged into the SpaceX entity.

  • X (formerly Twitter) — the global public square, acquired by xAI in an all-stock transaction, now folded into the combined company.

SpaceX, Starlink, xAI, X — four potentially trillion-dollar platforms under one IPO ticker. There has never been anything like this before in capital markets history.

Starlink: The Numbers Are Absurd

The growth trajectory of Starlink alone should make every investor sit down before reading:

  • ~1 million subscribers: early 2023

  • 2 million: late 2023

  • 4 million: September 2024

  • 7 million: mid-2025

  • 9 million: December 2025

  • 10 million: February 2026

That is a $12 billion annual revenue run rate from satellites alone, and they are just getting started. Starlink Mobile — SpaceX’s direct-to-cell service connecting unmodified smartphones — has already connected 16 million unique users across five continents, with 10 million monthly active users as of today and a target of 25 million by end of 2026. As Gwyn Shotwell, President & COO of SpaceX, put it: “Unfortunately, almost a third of the people on planet Earth remain either unconnected or incredibly underserved. That’s why we started Starlink.”

One standout projection From The “ALL In Podcast” circulating in their orbit envisions Starlink reaching hundreds of millions of subscribers in the coming years—potentially up to 500 million in an optimistic long-term view—as direct-to-cell capabilities roll out, turning satellites into a complementary global mobile layer alongside traditional carriers.

Our Bold Prediction: Eventually The Combined Entities of Tesla and Spacex will Become The First 100 Trillion Dollar Company.

Here at G.L.A. INVE$T RESEARCH, we are going on record with a call that will sound outrageous today — and obvious in hindsight:

We believe SpaceX will complete a highly successful IPO, and within three years, will merge with Tesla. The combined entity will eventually become the first 100 Trillin Dollar Company. (Not Investment Advice)

The Starship Factor

SpaceX is also seeking FCC approval to launch a constellation of up to 1 million satellitespowered by solar energy to run orbital AI data centers — what some are calling “Starink”. Starship, the fully reusable next-generation rocket, will begin launching Starlink Gen 2 Mobile satellites in mid-2027, with global contiguous coverage achievable within six months of launch [source text]. The second-generation Starlink Mobile satellite will deliver 100x the data density of the first generation and download speeds up to 150 Mbps to unmodified phones [source text].

This isn’t a company going public. This is civilization expanding outward.

A Word on Volatility

We’d be doing you a disservice if we didn’t acknowledge: Once it comes public this stock will be volatile. Rockets will have anomalies. Regulatory battles will emerge. Musk will make headlines. Analysts will misunderstand the business. Expect it. If you cannot stomach significant short-term moves in pursuit of a multi-decade transformational opportunity, this may not be the right position for you. But if you can — and if you do the work — we believe the SpaceX IPO will be among the most consequential investment events of our lifetime.
