G.L.A. INVE$T RE$EARCH Coach Kyle — The Infinite Innovation Newsletter Market Update | Wednesday, September 16, 2026

Happy Fed Wednesday, Maniacs, today is the day. Cue the scary music. The Fed has now officially raised rates. A quarter point. Unanimous. Funds rate now 3.75% to 4.00%. First hike since July 2023. Chair Warsh and the whole committee voted for it. Markets faded into the close. S&P 500 finished about 0.4% lower. The week is down roughly 1.4%. Nasdaq off about 1.3%. The usual chorus started immediately: the party is over, growth is dead, hide in cash.We are not joining that chorus, you do not raise rates if the economy is falling apart. You raise rates when demand is resilient, jobs are holding, productivity is strong, and capital spending is still running hot.

That is literally what the statement said. Economic activity expanding at a solid pace. Domestic spending resilient. Productivity growth strong. Capital investment robust. Job gains keeping pace. Unemployment little changed. Inflation is still elevated — yes — and that is the problem they are trying to contain. Inflation is a little higher than we like. A big piece of that is the war and the war’s effect on oil. Geopolitics is messy. Energy is messy. That is real. It is also not the same thing as a broken American engine. The Fed itself is still describing a solid expansion. Earnings have been better than expected. GDP, productivity, and the jobs numbers have been better than expected. That is the key fact. When the real economy is still producing, a 25-basis-point hike is not the end of the world. It is the price of an economy that refused to roll over. We believe that once this war is done, inflation falls off a cliff. Oil retreats. And the innovation boom starts doing what innovation always does when it finally scales: it slashes the cost of the things people actually buy. Transportation. Intelligence. Labor. Energy storage.Computation. Settlement.Five platforms are converging right now the way electricity, the automobile, and the telephone converged in the early 1900s:

1. AI

2. Robotics

3. Genomics

4. Energy storage

5. Blockchain

That mix does not produce the ugly deflation of a depression. It produces the good deflation of abundance. Prices fall because output explodes.Yes, there is massive uncertainty. Rates are going up, not down. The dot plot still leans toward at least one more hike this year. Oil is a geopolitical hostage. Debt is insane. None of that is pretend.Every correction is still a buying opportunity for long-term investors— if you are extremely picky about what you own. This boom will come with disruption and volatility. That is the cost of the ticket. Do not be scared. Do not make emotional decisions. Know what you own. Know your risk tolerance. Know your time horizon. And yes, it is still a good idea to hold some non-correlated ballast —gold, silver — so a rate headline or an oil spike does not force you to sell the assets that will actually compound. The Fed hiking is not the funeral. The funeral is if we freeze, sit in cash, and miss the companies that will grow the country out of this debt. Hopefully the war ends sooner rather than later so we can get back to that job.

Speaking about good deflation, It is already on the street. Tesla Cybercab is no longer a concept video. Purpose-built Cybercabs started public operations in Austin this month. Tesla’s robotaxi network is already live without a safety driver in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa. Waymo is in more cities. Tesla is in several, with more coming. Once this is fully scaled, the cost of personal transportation does not nibble lower. It collapses. The working number we keep coming back to is on the order of 90% cheaper movement when the fleet is dense enough.Consumers like you and me will be able to buy these vehicles and put them to work when we are not in them. That is not “a nicer Uber.”That is a household asset that earns. Sitting behind the same vision stack is the humanoid Robot. Optimus is still early, still learning, is not running around in the robot olympics, That is fine. The point is the architecture: the same AI vision that drives the Cybercab is what the robot uses to see the world. Transportation first, Then labor. These are the products that can drag the United States out of debt, recode the middle class, and — eventually — take human labor off the critical path for a huge share of physical work. That last sentence scares people, It should also excite them. Abundance is the point.

P.S. Do not fight AI. It will not be AI that takes your job. It will be a human using AI that takes your job. AI leads to abundance for all people if we support it and make sure the right people are steering it in the right direction — Elon, Alex Karp, Jensen, and the small group that is actually building the platforms instead of writing white papers about them.

Weekly tape — innovation names, the broad tape was soft into and after the hike. That is what rate days do. Under the surface these companies are transforming everything. Get ready!!!

| Name | Close 9/16 | The week in one line | | — | — | — | | TSLA | $358.08 | Soft on the week (~-2.6% over 7 days). Cybercab went live in Austin. Robotaxi cities keep expanding. The story is no longer “will they try.” It is “how fast does the fleet densify.” | | PLTR | ~$174 | Held up better than the tape. Q2 was a beat-and-raise: revenue $1.94B, +93% YoY, first $1B+ profit quarter, U.S. commercial on fire, FY26 guide lifted to ~$8.15B. Karp’s machine is not a meme. It is an operating system for institutions. | | SPCX | $150.88 | Choppy week, ripped +5.2% today. SpaceX is public, ~$1.8–2.0T market cap depending on the print, Starlink + launch + the xAI/X stack now inside the same public wrapper. Volatility is the rent. | | CBRS | $190.47 | Down on the week, +3.5% today. Cerebras is the wafer-scale inference bet. Off the spring highs. Still a core pick for people who think not every AI watt has to go through the same GPU queue. | | MSTR | $126.18 | Bitcoin beta did what leveraged bitcoin beta does on a hawkish Fed day: it got hit. Week was ugly (~-7.5% from the 9/8 close). If you own it, you own the treasury strategy, not a software multiple. | | HOOD | ~$104–106 | Sold off into the decision. The longer story is still distribution + crypto + the chain. Rate days punish anything with a retail-flow label. | | ARKB | ~$25.16 | Soft with bitcoin. This is the uncorrelated-to-Fed-funds sleeve inside the book, not the growth engine. | | AMZN | $245.96 | Down on the week. Q2 EPS smashed ($5.75 vs ~$1.82). AWS is accelerating again. Capex is enormous because they are selling the capacity as fast as they can stand it up. | | GOOG / GOOGL | $342.87 | One of the cleaner weeks in the group (GOOGL ~+3.7% over 7 days). Cloud has been the shock number — 63% then 82% growth prints — while Search still prints cash. |

Palantir is the cleanest “beat and raise” poster child in the public book right now. U.S. commercial revenue +149% in Q2. U.S. commercial TCV bookings +153%. Full-year U.S. commercial growth guided to 134%. Net income over $1 billion in a single quarter. That is not a hope chart. That is a company whose software is becoming default infrastructure. Alphabet and Amazon keep beating because AI demand is showing up as cloud revenue and backlog, not just as keynote demos. SpaceX being a trillion-dollar public company is the tell that the market will pay up for platforms that own physical infrastructure plus intelligence.

Private markets — the other scoreboard

  • OpenAIis in early talks for another private round that could land around $1.2T, with some reports stretching toward $1.5T, after the March raise at $852B. Annualized revenue was tracking ~$40B after the latest model cycle. Altman is not rushing a 2026 IPO. The company is still absorbing capital at a scale that used to be reserved for nations.
  • Anthropic is the other pole. Series H in May was $65B in at $965B. Revenue run-rate talk has been in the $65B annualized neighborhood. IPO chatter has gotten louder, including reports of a possible Nvidia-anchored listing conversation at a far higher number. Treat the $2T headline as rumor until there is a filing. Anthropic is a beast..
  • Databricks closed $5B at a $190B valuation in August. Ali Ghodsi said the company is at a $7B annualized run rate, growing ~80%,cash-flow positive, with the core warehouse still compounding hard. Data plus AI is not a slogan there. It is the product.
  • Anduril is the king of AI Defense.. Secondary marks this week are clustered around $107B–$113B depending on the venue (NPM ~$107B, Forge implied ~$113B). That’s 4-5 X the value from 2023. Army work keeps stacking — including a Palantir-Anduril TITAN production move. This is what “software-defined deterrence” looks like when it stops being a conference panel.

Like with our public market investments, we have to be extremely picky when investing in private companies.

How we are thinking about this hike

_A rate hike is not the end of the world, It is not a verdict on whether the Cybercabs economics work, or whether PLTR keeps landing commercial Deals, The economy is doing good and so is the job market. The doom and gloom crowd is wrong as usual. There will be volatility, but we master volatility!_The playbook stays the same:

  • Be picky, Invest in Companies that have fortress balance sheets, thatmake must have products and services.
  • Embrace volatility, Its part of the game. know what you own, don'tmake emotional decisions.
  • Do not sell a 10-year position because a Wednesday press conference used the word “elevated.”
  • own some non correlatedassets like gold and silver. When Innovation goes down we will have some things that could be up.
  • Remember , like the 80’s we have to grow our way out of this debt, the companies that solve the largest problems will have the largest returns

Get excited G.L.A’s!! We are truly in the largest innovation boom since the early 1900’s, this is the golden era of investing and is an exciting time to be alive, GOD IS GOOD!!! Love you guys!! G L A OUT!
