SECTION 1: MARKET OVERVIEW — What’s Really Happening

Good morning, G.L.A. family. Buckle up — it’s a big week.

Friday’s Close: The S&P 500 closed at 7,398.93 (+0.84%), the Nasdaq surged to 26,247 (+1.71%) — up 5.5% on the week and hitting FRESH ALL-TIME HIGHS — and the Dow eked out a gain at 49,609 (+0.02%).

Overnight/Pre-Market: Futures are pointing lower this morning as geopolitics take center stage again. Here’s why:

🔥 THE HORMUZ SITUATION IS ESCALATING. President Trump rejected Iran’s response to the US peace proposal overnight, calling it “unacceptable.” Iran demanded reparations and called the plan “unrealistic.” US jets disabled two Iran-flagged oil tankers trying to break the naval blockade on Friday. This 10-week-old conflict is NOT going away quietly. Brent crude is spiking back above $105/barrel and WTI is pushing toward $98-100. The Strait of Hormuz — through which 20% of global oil and LNG flows — remains at roughly 5% of normal shipping traffic.

What the media WON’T tell you: While they’re going to spend all day fear-mongering about oil and Iran, the UNDERLYING economy is stronger than they want you to believe. Friday’s jobs report showed 115,000 jobs added in April — DOUBLE the 55,000 consensus estimate. Unemployment held steady at 4.3%. The labor market is resilient. The Fed has no reason to move.

The REAL story this week: Tuesday’s CPI report is the main event. If inflation runs hot (partly driven by energy costs from the Hormuz crisis), the Fed rate cut timeline gets pushed further out. Major banks are already delaying anticipated rate cuts. But here’s what matters for US — the innovation companies we own don’t need rate cuts to grow. They’re growing regardless.

The chip rally is BROADENING: Intel landed a deal to make chips for Apple. Micron crossed $700 for the first time. AMD broke through a $700 billion market cap. Over $400 billion in value was added to top chip names in a single day last week. This is the AI/semiconductor supercycle we’ve been telling you about.

Key data this week:

  • Monday: China CPI/PPI, US Federal Budget Balance

  • Tuesday: US CPI (THE BIG ONE), UK Employment Data

  • Wednesday: US PPI, Crude Oil Inventories

  • Thursday: US Retail Sales, Jobless Claims, Fed Speakers

  • Friday: U of Michigan Consumer Sentiment

SECTION 2: THE SEXY 6 — Pre-Market Update

🚗 TESLA (TSLA) — ~$428

Friday Range: $414.50 – $431.20

Tesla has staged a sharp recovery from its post-earnings floor of $373 on April 23 back above $428. Q1 2026 brought real margin recovery — automotive gross margin expanded to 21.1% from 16.2% a year earlier, and operating income surged 135.84% YoY. Yes, deliveries at 358,023 came in slightly below the 365,645 consensus and the company expects negative free cash flow for the rest of 2026 — but the stock is now trading on Robotaxi miles, FSD subscriber growth, and Optimus production curves. The short-term noise is exactly that — noise. The long-term story on autonomy, energy, and robotics is INTACT.

Catalyst Watch: Robotaxi expansion updates, Optimus production ramp, FSD subscription numbers.

🛡️ PALANTIR (PLTR) — ~$147

Recent Range: $144 – $149

PLTR just dropped one of its strongest quarters EVER. Q1 2026 revenue grew 85% YoY. US commercial revenue exploded 104% YoY. Management raised full-year guidance to 71% YoY growth and US commercial guidance to a staggering 120% YoY. Citi raised its price target. Despite ALL of this, the stock dropped 5.7% post-earnings. Why? Valuation. The finance media loves to say “it’s too expensive” — they said the same thing at $10, $30, $60, and $100. This is a company Wall Street STILL doesn’t fully understand (Rule #4, Rule #25). The AI platform adoption is accelerating. Be patient.

Catalyst Watch: Government contract wins, AIP platform expansion, international growth.

₿ STRATEGY (MSTR) — ~$188

Price target raised: TD Cowen → $395, Clear Street → $240

Michael Saylor keeps stacking. Strategy is now the largest publicly traded Bitcoin holder, and Saylor has introduced “Bitcoin Per Share” as the new north star metric. STRC preferred stock has raised $8.5 billion and yielded 9.4% BTC gain. With Bitcoin around $81,000, MSTR remains a leveraged bet on BTC. The analyst consensus target of $316 suggests significant upside.

Catalyst Watch: Next Bitcoin purchase announcement, BTC price action, institutional adoption.

📱 ROBINHOOD (HOOD) — ~$77

Down 32% YTD — Are we at the bottom?

HOOD has been the punching bag of 2026 so far. Down 32% from its highs with slumping crypto revenue weighing on sentiment. BUT — the underlying business is diversifying beyond crypto. Options, equities, and the Gold subscription are growing. At $77, you’re buying a fintech disruptor at a significant discount. This is exactly the kind of volatility we talk about in Rule #6.

Catalyst Watch: Crypto revenue recovery, new product launches, Gold subscriber growth.

🤖 NVIDIA (NVDA) — ~$215

Hit NEW ALL-TIME HIGH of $217.80 on May 8

The king of AI chips is COOKING. NVDA closed at $215.20 on Friday after touching an ATH of $217.80. The broader chip rally is lifting the entire sector, but NVIDIA remains the crown jewel. P/E of 43.94 is actually quite reasonable for a company growing at this rate. The AI infrastructure buildout is nowhere near complete.

Catalyst Watch: Data center revenue growth, Blackwell chip demand, sovereign AI deals.

₿ ARKB (Bitcoin ETF) / BTC — ~$81,000

Bitcoin is consolidating near $81,000 with a $1.62 trillion market cap. The Hormuz situation is actually a mild positive for Bitcoin as a hedge against geopolitical uncertainty. Strategy continues accumulating. ARKB gives us clean, tax-efficient Bitcoin exposure.

Catalyst Watch: Institutional inflows, macro uncertainty as BTC hedge, regulatory developments.

SECTION 3: APEX 10 ADDITIONS

⛏️ BITMINE IMMERSION (BMNR) — ~$22

Shares jumped 10.5% last week. Important: no new primary shares are being issued — existing holders getting liquidity via a 501,545 share resale filing. Trading between $21.48-$22.40 with a 4.5% dividend yield. Ethereum treasury play intact.

💰 STRATEGY PREFERRED (STRC) — 11.5% Dividend

Strategy maintained an 11.5% dividend rate for May — third consecutive month. Total notional value: $8.5 billion. High-yield Bitcoin-linked preferred stock. First monthly gain in nine months.

🍋 LEMONADE (LMND) — ~$57.36

Down from $65.77 pre-earnings. AI-powered insurance disruptor at value territory. Long-term thesis on AI-driven underwriting unchanged.

📦 AMAZON (AMZN) — ~$272.58

Near all-time high of $278.56. Launched Prime Video Clips. AWS dominates cloud. $2.93T market cap, P/E 32.59. Our fortress mega-cap stock position with massive AI optionality.

SECTION 4: PRIVATE MARKET INTEL

🚀 SpaceX / xAI + Anthropic = MASSIVE DEAL — SpaceX/xAI signed a deal with Anthropic to provide access to the entire Colossus 1 data center. xAI pivoting toward compute PROVIDER. Revenue is real.

🧠 Neuralink — BCI sector attracting growing institutional attention.

🔍 Perplexity — Added GPT-5.5, integrated with Snowflake and Databricks. Evolving into full enterprise platform.

💰 Kraken & Databricks — Both in 2026 IPO pipeline.

🛡️ Anduril, Cerebras, Saronic, Stripe — All in strong positions. Defense tech benefiting from Hormuz crisis.

SECTION 5: ARK / CATHIE WOOD WATCH

SELLING: AMD aggressively — over $80 million worth sold. Rotating OUT of semiconductor mega-cap trade.

BUYING:

  • Shopify (SHOP) — $32 million after strong earnings

  • Tempus AI (TEM) — 155,045 shares

  • CoreWeave (CRWV) — $12.9 million

  • Kratos Defense (KTOS) — Adding defense exposure

The Signal: Classic ARK — contrarian, forward-looking, buying what others are selling. ARKK down 5.57% YTD but built for 5-10 year horizons.

SECTION 6: BIBLE LESSON OF THE DAY

📖 Rule #6 — Volatility is a Feature, Not a Bug

“Like waves on a boat ride, or traffic at Rush Hour, Corrections are Literally part of This Game.”

Today’s lesson could not be more timely. Oil spiking to $105. Futures lower. Media fear-mongering about war. But what do WE do? We don’t panic. We remember that corrections are opportunities.

TSLA dropped to $373 after earnings — 3 weeks later it’s $428. PLTR dropped 5.7% after 85% revenue growth. “Volatility is only bad if you don’t know what you own.” We know EXACTLY what we own.

The stock market is the only store on earth where shoppers get scared during a sale. Stay the course. Our approach: DCA on weakness. Trust the research.

SECTION 7: SPORTS CORNER 🏀🏒

  • NBA: Knicks advanced to conference semifinals. Timberwolves evened series vs Spurs. Finals begin June 3.

  • NHL: Avalanche vs. Wild Game 4 TONIGHT — 8:00 PM ESPN. Avs lead 2-1.

DCA + Exponential Growth + Compounding Interest = Generational Wealth 💰

That’s the formula. We don’t trade. We don’t time. We research, invest, and hold with conviction.
