📊 SECTION 1: MARKET OVERVIEW — Hormuz Blockade Shakes Markets, But We’ve Seen This Movie Before

Good morning, G.L.A. family. Buckle up — it’s a volatile Monday.

Futures are RED across the board this morning:

  • S&P 500 Futures (ES): 6,803 — down ~52 points (-0.76%)

  • Dow Futures (YM): 47,748 — down ~381 points (-0.79%)

  • Nasdaq 100 Futures (NQ): Down over 1%

What’s driving the sell-off? Over the weekend, US-Iran peace talks in Islamabad collapsed. VP JD Vance left without a deal after Iran reportedly demanded control of the Strait of Hormuz, war reparations, and access to frozen assets. President Trump responded by ordering a naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz — the world’s most critical oil chokepoint.

Oil has SURGED back above $100/barrel. Brent jumped 7-8% on the open. WTI hit $104. This is a BIG deal for inflation — March CPI already showed a 0.9% month-over-month surge (the largest since June 2022), pushing headline inflation to 3.3% YoY. The Fed is stuck at 3.75% and rate cut expectations are evaporating.

Here’s what the media WON’T tell you: Last week, markets had their best week since November on ceasefire optimism — Nasdaq rallied 4.5%, S&P 500 gained 3.6%, Dow climbed 3%. This Monday pullback is giving back a fraction of that rally. The S&P 500 at 6,789 is still up 25.58% year-over-year. The all-time high of 7,002 was hit in January. We are NOT in a crisis — we’re in volatility. And volatility is our traveling companion (Rule #6).

Other key macro data:

  • US Unemployment: 4.3% (down from 4.4%)

  • Consumer Sentiment: Historic low of 47.6 — this is FEAR, and fear creates buying opportunities

  • Gold: $4,723/oz — still elevated as a safe haven

  • Earnings Season STARTS this week: Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America all reporting

  • China Q1 GDP data also due this week

Our take: The media will scream about oil and Iran all day. They WANT you scared. Remember Rule #8 — the finance media is NOT your friend. This is geopolitical noise creating a DCA opportunity. The companies we own are solving massive problems that transcend who controls a shipping lane. Stay disciplined.🔥 SECTION 2: THE SEXY 6 — Pre-Market Update

1. TESLA (TSLA) — ~$348.95

  • Down 25% YTD — bears circling. Gordon Johnson put a laughable $25 price target. He’s been wrong on Tesla for years.

  • Catalyst Watch: Tesla now offers 5 vehicle models including the Cybercab (autonomous taxi). Robotaxi is THE story for 2026-2027. SpaceX IPO filing brings Musk ecosystem tailwinds.

  • Cathie Wood bought $14M in TSLA across 3 ETFs on April 6, and bought MORE on April 7 and 8. When Cathie buys aggressively, pay attention.

  • Our view: TSLA at $349 is a gift if you believe in autonomy, energy, and robotics. The voting machine hates it. The weighing machine will love it.

2. PALANTIR (PLTR) — ~$130

  • Took a 7% hit on April 10 in a broader AI software sell-off. Michael Burry went public with a short position.

  • The REAL story: The sell-off was driven by fears that AI automation threatens traditional software — which is actually BULLISH for Palantir, the company building that automation.

  • Cathie Wood bought PLTR on April 11 and sold AMD. She’s rotating INTO Palantir on weakness.

  • Trump gave Palantir a surprise endorsement recently. Government contracts remain rock solid.

  • Our view: Burry was early on the housing crash but has been wrong on many trades since. PLTR solving the biggest data problems in defense and enterprise. DCA territory.

3. STRATEGY (MSTR) — Under Pressure

  • Acquired 4,871 BTC for ~$329.9M between April 1-7. Michael Saylor keeps stacking.

  • Sold ~593K shares of MSTR and ~1M shares of STRC to raise $174.6M for more Bitcoin purchases.

  • Stock has pulled back from all-time highs alongside Bitcoin’s consolidation.

  • Our view: MSTR is a leveraged Bitcoin play. If you believe BTC is going significantly higher (we do), MSTR is a coiled spring.

4. ROBINHOOD (HOOD) — ~$69.36

  • Analyst price target cuts everywhere — Wolfe cut by 30% citing crypto volume decline. Five firms lowered targets in early April.

  • BUT — all five kept BUY ratings. The cuts are about near-term crypto revenue, not the long-term thesis.

  • Q1 earnings due April 28. Expected adjusted EPS of $0.40.

  • CEO Vlad Tenev made headlines about Trump accounts — giving every American child real ownership/investment accounts. Massive for user growth.

  • Our view: HOOD at $69 with a $62B market cap and P/E of 33.76 is reasonable for a fintech democratizing finance.

5. NVIDIA (NVDA) — ~$184 area

  • Tough year so far. A $2B short bet placed against NVDA by a major fund.

  • Intel surged 23.8% last week on a Google AI data center deal AND participation in Musk’s Terafab semiconductor project.

  • Technical concern: Head and shoulders pattern with 15% breakdown risk toward $137.

  • Our view: The AI buildout is NOT slowing down. Amazon’s $200B capex in 2026 goes largely to AI infrastructure — and NVDA supplies the brains. Short-term noise, long-term monster.

6. ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) / BITCOIN — ~$71,000

  • Bitcoin consolidating between $71K support and $73K resistance. Hormuz blockade adding risk-off pressure.

  • SpaceX disclosed it holds $603M in Bitcoin despite the xAI integration costs.

  • Our view: Bitcoin at $71K in a fear-driven pullback with institutional adoption accelerating is a long-term DCA zone. Zoom out.📈 SECTION 3: APEX 10 ADDITIONS

    7. BITMINE IMMERSION (BMNR) — 🔥 MAJOR NEWS

    • Uplisted to the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE on April 9! Previously on NYSE American. Huge credibility milestone.

    • ETH treasury: 4,803,334 ETH at ~$2,123/ETH, plus 198 BTC and $200M cash = $11.4 BILLION in total crypto and cash holdings.

    • Expanded share repurchase program to $4 BILLION.

    • Our view: BMNR is the Ethereum version of MSTR. The NYSE uplisting is a game-changer for institutional access.

    8. STRATEGY PREFERRED (STRC) — ~$100.00

    • Trading rock-solid at par ($100). Had a massive $333M volume day on April 9.

    • Pays a 10% variable rate — essentially a high-yield instrument backed by Strategy’s Bitcoin treasury.

    • Our view: STRC at $100 with a 10% yield is an income-oriented preferred-stock holding generating serious income while we wait.

    9. LEMONADE (LMND) — Earnings Watch

    • Q1 2026 earnings due April 29.

    • Q4 2025: 53% revenue growth to $228M, 31% increase in in-force premiums.

    • Website traffic surged 43% YoY in Q1 2026 to 9.46M visits.

    • Partnering with Tesla for auto insurance — massive TAM expansion.

    • Targeting EBITDA profitability by late 2026.

    • Our view: LMND is the AI-native insurance disruptor. The Tesla partnership alone could be worth the entire position.

    10. AMAZON (AMZN) — ~$238.40

    • Market cap: $2.56T. Investing $200 BILLION in capex in 2026, primarily AI infrastructure.

    • CEO Jassy confirmed Amazon may start selling AI chips directly to customers.

    • AWS invested in both OpenAI and Anthropic. Cantor Fitzgerald raised price target to $260.

    • Our view: AMZN is a mega-cap stock at the center of the AI infrastructure buildout.

🕵️ SECTION 4: PRIVATE MARKET INTEL

SpaceX — IPO FILED, Targeting June 2026 at $750B+

This is the headline of the year. SpaceX filed for IPO on April 1 targeting a June listing. Latest private valuations range from $750B to $1.4T. Revenue hit $18.5B in 2025. The company absorbed xAI, and engineering teams are being reorganized. SpaceX also holds $603M in Bitcoin. This IPO will be MASSIVE.

    xAI — Merged into SpaceX

Elon’s AI company has been fully absorbed into SpaceX ahead of the IPO. Engineering team undergoing major overhaul. SpaceX gets both space AND AI capabilities — unique combination no other public company can match.

    Anduril — Targeting $60B Valuation

Defense AI continues to ride geopolitical tensions. With the Hormuz situation escalating, defense tech is only getting more relevant. Broader defense AI sector saw $49.1B in VC funding in 2025.

    Cerebras — Re-filed IPO at $15-22B

AI chip maker making another run at going public. Competition with NVDA is real, but the market is big enough for multiple winners.

Anthropic — PASSED OpenAI with $30B ARR! 🚨

Anthropic hit $30B in annualized recurring revenue in April 2026, surpassing OpenAI at $25B — while spending 4x LESS on training. They added the combined ARR of Palantir, Anduril, and Databricks in a single month. AI growth story of the year.

Stripe, Databricks, Perplexity — All expected to IPO in 2026. The private-to-public pipeline is about to flood the market with $2.9T+ in combined float.🏹 SECTION 5: ARK / CATHIE WOOD WATCH

Cathie has been aggressively buying the dip across multiple names:

    • April 6: Bought $14M in Tesla across ARKK, ARKQ, and ARKW. Also bought Kodiak AI (autonomous trucking).

    • April 7: Bought more Tesla and Kodiak AI — doubling down on autonomous driving.

    • April 8: Sold Teradyne, bought MORE Tesla. Consolidating into highest-conviction names.

    • April 11: Bought Palantir, sold AMD. Rotating out of legacy semiconductor into AI-native software.

The pattern is clear: Cathie is using this volatility to load up on Tesla and Palantir at discounted prices. This is EXACTLY what Rule #6 teaches us — volatility is the price we pay for exponential growth. While the media screams about oil and Iran, Cathie is shopping the sale.

📖 SECTION 6: BIBLE LESSON OF THE DAY

Rule #6 — Volatility is a Feature, Not a Bug

“Like waves on a boat ride, or traffic at Rush Hour, Corrections are Literally part of This Game. So Don’t Panic or be Surprised when they happen!”

Today’s lesson couldn’t be more timely. Oil surging above $100, the Hormuz blockade, futures down 1% — the media wants you TERRIFIED. They want you to sell everything and hide.

But here’s what G.L.A. INVEST knows: Volatility can be harder if you don’t know what you own. We know EXACTLY what we own. Tesla is building the future of transportation and energy. Palantir is the operating system for AI-driven decision making. Bitcoin is the hardest money ever created.

None of that changes because oil went up today.

“The Stock Market is the only store on earth where the shoppers get scared during a sale.”

Today is a sale day. While everyone else panics about a shipping lane, we do what we always do — research, stay disciplined, and DCA into companies solving the biggest problems in the world. The big money USES volatility to manipulate the small money. Don’t be the small money.

    🏀 SECTION 7: SPORTS CORNER

    • NBA: Jazz vs. Lakers tonight at 8:30 PM ET — playoff picture is finalizing. 2026 NBA Playoffs bracket almost set!

    • MLB: Diamondbacks vs. Phillies at 1:35 PM ET — beautiful Monday afternoon baseball.

    • NHL: Playoff push continues across the league.

Enjoy the games tonight, family. Same discipline we apply to investing applies to everything. Long game mentality. 💪

💰 THE G.L.A. INVEST GENERATIONAL WEALTH FORMULA

DCA + Exponential Growth + Compounding Interest = Generational Wealth

Days like today — when oil spikes, futures are red, and the media is in full panic mode — are EXACTLY the days that separate generational wealth builders from everyone else. The investors who DCA through the fear will be the ones laughing in 5-10 years.

We are in the beginning phases of the largest innovation boom in human history. AI, Robotics, Energy Storage, Blockchain, Genomics — these megatrends don’t stop because of a shipping lane dispute.

Stay disciplined. Stay researched. Stay long-term.
