📊 SECTION 1: MARKET OVERVIEW

🚨 MARKETS ARE CLOSED TODAY — GOOD FRIDAY 🚨

The NYSE, Nasdaq, and equity futures markets are ALL CLOSED today for Good Friday. Trading resumes Monday, April 6th at 9:30 AM ET. Bond trading ended early yesterday.

But here’s what you NEED to know heading into the long weekend:

The March Jobs Report (Non-Farm Payrolls) drops at 8:30 AM ET this morning — even though markets are closed. This is a BIG deal. Consensus expects +60,000 jobs after February’s ugly -92,000 print (the worst in four months, driven partly by strikes). Some banks like Goldman are estimating as low as +15,000. Unemployment is expected to hold at 4.4%. Wage growth expected to ease slightly to 3.7% YoY from 3.8%.

Why this matters: Markets can’t react in real-time today, which means Monday’s open could be VOLATILE depending on the number. A strong beat = relief rally. A miss = more selling pressure on a market already rattled by geopolitical fears.

The macro backdrop is rough right now. Hedge funds have been dumping stocks at the fastest pace in 13 years according to Goldman Sachs data. March was the worst monthly drawdown for hedge funds since January 2022. The primary driver? Iran conflict escalation. President Trump addressed the nation on the Iran war this week, and Asian markets sold off hard — Japan’s Nikkei dropped 1.4%, South Korea’s Kospi fell 2.82%.

Gold is at $4,676 — yeah, you read that right. The fear trade is REAL.

🎯 G.L.A. Take: Here’s what the media WON’T tell you — hedge funds capitulating and selling at the fastest pace in 13 years is historically a CONTRARIAN BUY SIGNAL. Goldman’s own traders are noting “capitulation signs.” Remember Rule #8: The finance media is NOT your friend. When Bloomberg and CNBC are running “SELL EVERYTHING” headlines, that’s usually when the smart money is quietly accumulating. We’re not saying buy blindly — we’re saying DON’T PANIC. Know what you own. The Iran situation is real risk that we’re monitoring closely (Rule #12 — Mine the Risk), but panic selling innovation companies during geopolitical fear is exactly how retail investors miss the 10 best days (Rule #7).

🔥 SECTION 2: THE SEXY 6 UPDATE

(Prices as of Thursday April 2nd close / after-hours)

1. TESLA (TSLA) — $360.59 (Close: -5.42%) | AH: $361.26

  • 52-Week Range: $214.25 – $498.83 | Market Cap: $1.35T

  • BIG NEWS: Q1 deliveries came in below expectations — down 14% YoY. The stock got hit hard, dropping over 5% on the day.

  • BUT HERE’S WHAT MATTERS: Tesla is deliberately de-emphasizing vehicle deliveries as it shifts massive resources toward the $20 billion Robotaxi bet. Wedbush’s Dan Ives said this delivery miss was “not a shock” given the EV backdrop and company pivot to AI.

  • CATALYST: FSD Version 14.3 is rolling out broadly THIS WEEK — a major autonomous driving milestone. Earnings on April 20-22. The Roadster unveiling is coming.

  • G.L.A. Take: The media wants you focused on deliveries. We’re focused on the AI/robotaxi transformation. This is exactly the kind of short-term noise that shakes weak hands. We’re watching the company, not the stock price (Rule #18).

2. PALANTIR (PLTR) — $148.46 (Close: +1.34%) | AH: $148.48

  • 52-Week Range: $66.12 – $207.52 | Market Cap: $354.9B

  • PLTR was one of the GREEN spots in a brutal tape yesterday, gaining while most tech got hammered.

  • Defense/government AI spending continues to be a tailwind amid Iran conflict — Palantir’s government contracts become MORE valuable during geopolitical instability.

  • Note: Hedge funds dumping PLTR alongside NVDA and TSLA at fastest pace in 13 years per TipRanks. Classic institutional de-risking. Their loss, our DCA opportunity.

3. STRATEGY (MSTR) — $119.83 (Close: -2.40%) | AH: $120.23

  • 52-Week Range: $104.17 – $457.22 | Market Cap: $42.3B

  • Bitcoin hovering around $66,500-$67,000 — down from the $100K+ highs. MSTR tracking BTC weakness.

  • The Bloomberg FUD machine is in full force — Mike McGlone claiming “the crypto bubble is over” and Bitcoin “could revisit $10,000.” THIS is exactly the kind of media BS Rule #8 warns about.

  • Michael Saylor’s conviction hasn’t wavered. The Bitcoin treasury strategy is a 10-year play, not a 10-day trade.

4. ROBINHOOD (HOOD) — $68.90 (Close: -1.73%) | AH: $68.84

  • 52-Week Range: $29.66 – $153.86 | Market Cap: $62B

  • Pulled back with the broader market. HOOD benefits from volatility (more trading activity = more revenue), so the current market chaos is actually a double-edged tailwind.

  • Still well above its 52-week low, demonstrating the strength of the fintech disruption thesis.

5. NVIDIA (NVDA) — $177.39 (Close: +0.93%) | AH: $176.70

  • 52-Week Range: $86.62 – $212.19 | Market Cap: $4.31T

  • NVDA showed resilience yesterday, closing green. AI infrastructure spending continues regardless of geopolitics — companies NEED these chips.

  • Being dumped by hedge funds alongside TSLA and PLTR in the de-risking wave. Again — their forced selling is our DCA opportunity over time.

6. ARKB (Bitcoin ETF) / BITCOIN — BTC ~$66,500-$67,000

  • Bitcoin down ~3.6% over the past week. Risk-off sentiment hitting crypto alongside equities.

  • Gold at $4,676 is stealing some of the “safe haven” narrative. But remember — Bitcoin’s long-term thesis is about digital scarcity and blockchain finance disruption, not short-term correlation with risk assets.

  • The SpaceX IPO filing and broader tech IPO wave (more below) signals institutional appetite is NOT dead — just repositioning.

    📈 SECTION 3: APEX 10 ADDITIONS UPDATE

BMNR (Bitmine Immersion Technologies) — ~$18.30-$19.54 range

    • The Ethereum treasury play continues to build. Dividend yield around 5.1%. Featured as a “top crypto stock to watch in April” alongside MSTR.

    • In a market where BTC and ETH are under pressure, BMNR’s mining infrastructure and treasury strategy positions it well for the eventual crypto recovery.

    STRC (Strategy Inc Preferred 10%)

    • The preferred shares give exposure to the Saylor Bitcoin thesis with a 10% yield kicker. In a risk-off environment, that yield provides a floor that the common stock doesn’t have.

    LMND (Lemonade Insurance)

    • AI-powered insurance continues to be one of the most misunderstood plays in our portfolio. The company is using AI to transform underwriting — exactly the kind of disruption Wall Street doesn’t understand yet (Rule #25, Point 9).

    AMZN (Amazon) — ~$210.57

    • Watch this: Amazon insiders offloaded $14 million in stock as AWS growth hit what analysts call a “technical wall.” The stock is in a “Death Cross” (50-day SMA crossed below 200-day SMA in March).

    • Market Cap: $2.25T | P/E: 29.24

    • AMZN functions as a mega-cap stock holding in our strategy — fortress balance sheet, dominant market position. The Death Cross is a technical indicator that the media loves to sensationalize. We watch fundamentals, not charts (Rule #18).

🏦 SECTION 4: PRIVATE MARKET INTEL

🚀 SPACEX FILES FOR IPO — THIS IS MASSIVE

    • SpaceX confidentially filed for an IPO with the SEC on April 1st, putting it on track for a June listing. This would be the BIGGEST IPO IN HISTORY.

    • Current valuation: ~$800 billion (after the xAI merger). Elon Musk’s net worth: $822 billion.

    • SpaceX is also in discussions with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund for a $5 billion investment.

    • G.L.A. Take: This is the event we’ve been waiting for. SpaceX going public could be a generational wealth-building opportunity. We’ll be doing deep-dive research as the S-1 becomes available.

🤖 ANTHROPIC weighing going public — Another AI mega-IPO potentially in the pipeline alongside SpaceX and OpenAI. The AI IPO wave is coming.

🧠 CEREBRAS filed fresh IPO paperwork — After withdrawing their previous registration in October, they’ve re-filed and are set to meet with analysts and investors this month. The AI chip competition with NVDA is heating up.

🌐 OpenAI — Valued at $852 billion. Cathie Wood just added OpenAI exposure to 3 ARK ETFs. ChatGPT’s parent is also considering a large IPO.

The Private-to-Public Pipeline is LOADED. SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Cerebras all potentially going public in 2026. This is the kind of innovation capital cycle that Rule #3 describes — we are in the early innings of the largest innovation boom in history.

🦅 SECTION 5: ARK / CATHIE WOOD WATCH

    Cathie made MOVES this week:

    • Added OpenAI exposure to three flagship ARK ETFs — a major signal of conviction in the AI boom even during market turbulence.

    • Increased CoreWeave (CRWV) position — doubling down on AI infrastructure.

    • Trimmed Strata Critical Medical (SRTA) — reallocating from healthcare to AI.

    • In her CNBC interview this week, Cathie discussed AI’s transformative role in financial management and her crypto outlook. She remains unfazed by short-term disturbances — sticking with long-term investments through volatility. Classic Cathie. Classic G.L.A. philosophy.

G.L.A. Take: Cathie is doing exactly what we preach — buying innovation during fear (Rule #6: Volatility is a Feature, Not a Bug). While hedge funds capitulate and sell at the fastest pace in 13 years, ARK is ADDING to positions. This is how you build generational wealth.

📖 SECTION 6: BIBLE LESSON OF THE DAY

Rule #7 — Miss 10 Days, Lose Half Your Gains

Today’s lesson is perfectly timed. Markets are closed for Good Friday, the jobs report is about to drop, Iran tensions are elevated, and hedge funds are panic-selling. Every fiber of the media is screaming: “GET OUT!”

But Rule #7 teaches us the cold, hard math: Missing just the 10 best trading days in a year can slash your returns by MORE THAN HALF.

Here’s the thing nobody talks about — the biggest up days almost ALWAYS follow the biggest down days. They happen when fear is at its peak, when the media is at maximum doom, when retail investors have finally capitulated and sold at the bottom.

Think about it: The April 2025 tariff correction (TSLA’s 52-week low was April 7, 2025 at $214.25). PLTR hit $66.12 on that same day. NVDA hit $86.62. HOOD hit $29.66. What happened after? MASSIVE rallies. TSLA ran to $498. PLTR ran to $207. NVDA to $212. HOOD to $153.

The people who sold during that fear MISSED those returns. The people who DCA’d during the dip COMPOUNDED those returns.

The lesson: Stay invested. Stay disciplined. The best days are coming — and you can’t predict when. The only way to capture them is to BE IN THE MARKET when they arrive. Sitting in cash is trash.

“There are approximately zero billionaire day traders, and THE HALL OF FAME FOR MARKET TIMERS IS AN EMPTY ROOM.”

    🏈 SECTION 7: SPORTS CORNER

Happy Good Friday, sports fans! Here’s what’s on the radar:

    • NCAA Tournament: March Madness heading into the Final Four this weekend — college basketball at its finest!

    • The Masters: Augusta National is next week (April 9-12). The most prestigious golf tournament of the year is almost here.

    • NBA: Regular season wrapping up, playoff positioning is intense. Teams jockeying for seeding.

    • NHL: Same story — playoff push is ON. Watch for clinch scenarios this weekend.

    • MLB: Opening Day was this week! Baseball is BACK. Fresh season, fresh hope.

    • WrestleMania: Coming up later this month for the wrestling fans out there.

    • NFL Draft: End of April. Mock draft season is in full swing.

Enjoy the long weekend. Watch some games. Let the markets rest.

DCA + Exponential Growth + Compounding Interest = GENERATIONAL WEALTH

That’s the G.L.A. INVE$T secret formula. Not day trading. Not panic selling. Not listening to Bloomberg FUD. Dollar Cost Average into the best innovation companies on Earth, let exponential growth and compounding interest do the heavy lifting, and HOLD through the noise.

The companies that solve the biggest problems will have the largest returns long-term.

Have a blessed Good Friday and Easter weekend. We’ll be back Monday morning ready for whatever the market throws at us.
