📊 SECTION 1: MARKET OVERVIEW

Good morning, G.L.A. family. Happy Friday. Markets are on FIRE.

The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite both notched FRESH ALL-TIME RECORD HIGHS this week, and futures are pointing to another green open this morning. The rally is real, and it’s being driven by something the finance media doesn’t want you to understand: geopolitical de-escalation is bullish.

What’s driving markets today:

🔹 US-Iran Peace Deal Speculation — Bloomberg reports that equities are pushing higher as speculation grows that a deal to end tensions between the US and Iran is getting closer. Pakistani mediators have arrived in Iran. This is MASSIVE for energy prices, risk appetite, and global stability.

🔹 SEC Eliminates the PDT Rule — On April 14, the SEC officially eliminated the Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rule, removing the $25,000 minimum balance requirement for day trading. This is a game-changer for retail investors and platforms like Robinhood. However — just because you CAN day trade doesn’t mean you SHOULD. Rule #1 of the G.L.A. Bible: we are long-term investors, not gamblers.

🔹 Economic Data — U.S. unemployment decreased to 4.3% from 4.4% in March. Industrial production fell 0.5%. Gold at approximately $4,813.

🔹 The Media Narrative to IGNORE — Headlines about industrial production weakness. The auto slowdown is a temporary blip, not a structural decline. The AI/robotics/energy revolution (Rule #3) is the real story. The media profits from fear — we profit from research.

Futures are pointing higher. Records are being broken. Stay focused. Stay long.

🔥 SECTION 2: THE SEXY 6 UPDATE

Our flagship portfolio. These are the companies changing the world.

1. TESLA (TSLA) — $388.90 (-0.78%)

  • Range: $381.80 – $396.51 yesterday

  • TODAY’S NEWS: Tesla is hiring semiconductor engineers in TAIWAN for its Terafab AI chip complex. Reuters reports Elon is building a custom AI chip factory. This isn’t just a car company — it’s an AI, robotics, energy, and now semiconductor company.

  • Catalyst Watch: Terafab development, Robotaxi expansion, Q1 earnings.

  • Our Take: TSLA pulling back slightly after a big run. This is HEALTHY. We buy weakness in our conviction names.

2. PALANTIR (PLTR) — $142.76 (+0.43%)

  • Market Cap: $200B+ (mega-cap territory!)

  • NEWS: Cathie Wood’s ARK bought $11 million worth of PLTR across five ETFs. Mizuho PT lowered to $185 — still significant upside.

  • Daniel Ives: “It’s dramatically incorrect” — bears underestimating Palantir.

  • Our Take: PLTR is the backbone of AI-driven decision making. $200B market cap and still just getting started.

3. STRATEGY (MSTR) — $148.94 (+3.76%) 🚀

  • Up nearly 4% yesterday!

  • NEWS: Completed a $1 BILLION STRC preferred stock sale to purchase 13,927 additional Bitcoin. Strategy World 2026 in Las Vegas.

  • Our Take: The Saylor Bitcoin strategy working as designed. Buy BTC with cheap capital, compound forever.

4. ROBINHOOD (HOOD) — $86.85 (-0.54%)

  • NEWS: HOOD jumped this week after SEC eliminated PDT rule. Direct beneficiary — more retail traders = more revenue. Analyst PT: $110.25.

  • Market Cap: $77.8B, P/E of 42.6

  • Our Take: HOOD is the platform of the people. Bullish.

5. NVIDIA (NVDA) — $198.35 (-0.26%)

  • Trading near $200, just below 52-week high of $211.19

  • AI chip demand remains insatiable. The entire AI infrastructure buildout runs through NVDA.

  • Our Take: NVDA at $200 with this growth trajectory? Still early.

6. ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) — $25.02 (+0.44%)

  • Bitcoin: ~$75,576 — holding above $75K!

  • BTC supported by Iran peace talk optimism and institutional accumulation. ARKB: $2.4B in assets, 0.21% expense ratio.

  • Our Take: Bitcoin is digital gold. DCA and hold.

    📈 SECTION 3: APEX 10 ADDITIONS

    7. BITMINE IMMERSION (BMNR) — $22.44 (+0.45%)

    • BIG NEWS: Bitmine uplisted to the NYSE effective April 9! ETH holdings at 4.875 million tokens, total crypto/cash holdings of $11.8 BILLION. 3.3M staked ETH worth $7.4B.

    • Analyst PT: $33 (57.9% upside!) Dividend Yield: 4.7%

    • Our Take: BMNR is the Ethereum treasury play, just like MSTR is for Bitcoin.

    8. STRATEGY PREFERRED (STRC) — $99.06 (-0.26%)

    • Yield: 11.50% paid MONTHLY

    • Strategy just did a $1B ATM offering to buy more Bitcoin. Bitcoin exposure + 11.5% yield = cash-flow machine.

    9. LEMONADE (LMND) — $68.48 (+3.98%) 🚀

    • Q4 2025: 53% revenue growth to $228M. Beat S&P 500 by 16.3% over past 6 months.

    • Planning for EBITDA profitability by late 2026. Analyst PT: $68.75

    • Our Take: LMND is disrupting insurance with AI. Exactly what Rule #25 was designed to find.

    10. AMAZON (AMZN) — $249.70 (+0.48%)

    • Analyst PT: $287.29. Capex cycle is investment in AI infrastructure.

    • Our Take: AMZN at $250 is a fortress. AWS + AI + logistics moat.

🔒 SECTION 4: PRIVATE MARKET INTEL

Companies we’re watching before they go public.

🔬 Cerebras — Re-filed for IPO at $15-22B valuation. AI chip company making its second run.

💳 Stripe, Kraken, Databricks — Databricks pushed IPO to H2 2026. All growing in private markets.

🎯 SECTION 5: ARK / CATHIE WOOD WATCH

🔸 No Trades on April 15 — ARK emailed: “There were no trades on 4/15/2026.” When Cathie sits on her hands while S&P smashes records, that’s discipline (Rule #2).

🔸 Bought $11M of Palantir — Across 5 ETFs on April 14. Leaning INTO the PLTR dip.

🔸 Selling Strata Critical Medical (SRTA) — Continued reduction.

🔸 April 9 “In The Know” — Cathie dove into PPI vs CPI divergence. First-principles analysis (Rule #22).

🔸 PLTR vs AMD — Cathie leaning into Palantir over AMD as top AI bet. We agree.

📖 SECTION 6: BIBLE LESSON OF THE DAY

Rule #6 — Volatility is a Feature, Not a Bug

“Like waves on a boat ride, or traffic at Rush Hour, Corrections are Literally part of This Game. So Don’t Panic or be Surprised when they happen!”

      Why this rule matters TODAY:

Markets just hit all-time highs. S&P 500 and Nasdaq at records. Iran peace talks boosting sentiment. PDT rule gone. Everything feels good.

And that’s EXACTLY when you need this rule the most.

After every new high, there will be a pullback. Maybe 3%. Maybe 5%. Maybe 10%. When it comes, the media will scream that the sky is falling.

Remember Rule #6: Volatility is our traveling companion, and the price we agree to pay for exponential growth. The people who panic during the next dip are the same people who will miss the next leg up.

We don’t time markets. We don’t sell because of headlines. We DCA, we hold, and we let compounding work its magic. The stock market is the only store on earth where shoppers get scared during a sale.

Stay the course. The research is the courage of our convictions.

      🏀 SECTION 7: SPORTS CORNER

NBA Play-In Tournament — FINAL NIGHT!

Tonight wraps up the 2026 SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament. Playoffs start tomorrow!

🏀 Magic vs. Hornets — East 8-seed elimination. Winner faces #1 Pistons.

🏀 Warriors vs. Suns — 10:00 PM ET — West 8-seed elimination. Winner faces #1 Thunder. Steph Curry dropped 27 in the 2nd half earlier this week. Can he do it again?

NBA Playoffs start SATURDAY, April 18.

⚾ MLB — Regular season in full swing.

      💰 THE FORMULA

DCA + Exponential Growth + Compounding Interest = Generational Wealth

This isn’t a slogan. It’s a long-term aspiration when applied with discipline over time. Every paycheck. Every dip. Every correction. Buy the best, ignore the rest, and let time do the heavy lifting.
