Happy Hump Day G.L.A Nation!
Welcome back to the Infinite Innovation Newsletter, where my mission is to keep my network in the know with what’s really going on with the stock market and it’s best long term investments. As the uncertainty continue’s, many stocks are getting slapped around pretty hard, some deserve it, some dont. Some companies are being disrupted, some are not, but the market and the algorithms controlling the market dont care. They are selling first, and asking questions later. One of the companies that’s getting slapped around that doesn’t deserve it is the one and only PALANTIR.

– On the charts, $PLTR has pulled back over 40% from its highs and is approaching the $105–$115 strong historical pivot support zone. A lot of smart money and medium-to-long-term quant funds have already placed left-side defensive buy orders around the $100–$110 area. The consecutive down days at current levels (daily timeframe) have basically flushed out short-term speculators and leveraged players.

$PLTR’s Q1 earnings were released in early May: Total revenue hit $1.63 billion, exploding +85% YoY (crushing the $1.54B consensus). GAAP EPS came in at $0.34 ($0.33 adjusted), massively beating analyst expectations — this is the company’s 14th consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability. Management jacked full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $7.65–$7.66 billion (+71% YoY), showing monster momentum ahead.
US commercial revenue skyrocketed +133% YoY to $595M in Q1 — proving its AIP (AI Platform) is seeing explosive penetration in non-government verticals: finance, supply chain, healthcare, you name it.

AIP Bootcamps: Viral Customer Acquisition
Palantir’s biggest historical knock was “insanely long sales cycles.” But since launching AIP, the company has been running “Bootcamps” where enterprise execs see results in days — watching AI solve their actual losses and production bottlenecks firsthand.
This dimensionality-breaking go-to-market drove TCV (Total Contract Value) up 61% YoY in Q1. The floodgates for B2B scaled replication are officially blown open.
Dominant “Rule of 40” Efficiency: Growth + Profitability, Rarest Combo
In software, pulling off both high growth AND high margins is brutally hard. Palantir posted 60% adjusted operating margin in Q1 — combined with 85% revenue growth, its Rule of 40 score hits a mind-blowing 145%.
–Outside of NVIDIA, you’d be hard-pressed to find another pure-play AI software name with this kind of money-printing capability.
Government & Defense: Generational Lead in “AI Warfare Dominance”
Ukraine and Middle East conflicts have proven modern warfare is shifting to unmanned systems and algorithmic warfare. Palantir’s Gotham platform — the irreplaceable “digital war brain” for the US military and NATO allies — also saw +84% government revenue surge in Q1.

The Chart above shows $PLTR since it came public, there was many painful periods for share holders, I remember because I was there, every day since before they came public. In the beginning they called $PLTR many things, “ evil CIA company” , “just a consulting company”, my point is that the narrative was very wrong back then, and it is very wrong right now. Anthropic is disrupting many companies $PLTR is not one of them.

The two companies operate in fundamentally different layers of the AI stack. Anthropic builds powerful frontier AI models (like Claude), sold primarily via APIs as flexible “brains” for reasoning, chat, and agentic tasks. Palantir builds the enterprise decision operating system—a data ontology, workflow engine, and secure platform (AIP) that turns raw data and models into actionable, auditable operations at massive scale. Key reasons they don’t compete head-on:
Models vs. Systems: A great LLM alone doesn’t solve messy enterprise data integration, security classifications, compliance, or human-in-the-loop decision chains. Palantir’s moat is its deep ontology, forward-deployed engineering for custom integration, and proven lock-in with governments and large enterprises. Models like Claude plug into Palantir rather than replace it.
They’ve already partnered: Anthropic and Palantir collaborated (with AWS) to bring Claude models securely into Palantir’s AIP for U.S. intelligence and defense use. This shows complementarity—Claude provides intelligence, Palantir provides the trusted environment to operationalize it.
Different customers and sales cycles: Palantir wins massive, multi-year contracts with heavy customization, especially in defense/government where data sovereignty and explainability are non-negotiable. Anthropic wins on speed and cost for lighter AI tasks, but struggles with the same “system-of-systems” control that Palantir delivers.
Recent market panic (e.g., Michael Burry comments or short-term stock moves) confuses hype around fast-growing model revenue with platform displacement. In reality, better models will likely accelerate demand for robust platforms like Palantir’s to actually deploy them safely and effectively. Palantir isn’t selling raw intelligence—it’s selling the control layer that makes intelligence usable in the real world.

buy buy buy buy buy , hold hold hold hold!!
Bottom line, Coach Kyle and G.L.A INVE$T is buying with both hands, we have a 5 year horizon, I believe $PLTR will 10 X or more in that time frame and become this generations MSFT.
