Happy Friday To The Greatest Living Americans!
A Special Salute & Market Reality
Before we dive into todays research, I want to send a special shout-out to our incredible U.S. military heroes—active duty, veterans, and those standing ready. To the many retired and active-duty service members who read this newsletter: thank you for confronting evil head-on in the Iran war and across every global front. We are deeply grateful for your courage and sacrifice.

Turning to the markets, the Nasdaq has recently pulled back 8% from its highs, and the S&P 500 is down roughly 5%. While this price action is manufacturing perceived uncertainty among retail traders, our internal research is crystal clear: there is absolutely no bubble in sight. In fact, current conditions reflect the exact opposite of a bubble environment.

Always remember that fear and emotion are a cancer to investing. Rather than looking for a reason to panic, long-term investors should view this recent volatility as standard market mechanics.
Cerebras Secures Massive Amazon Deal https://www.reuters.com/business/retail-consumer/cerebras-systems-amazon-strike-deal-offer-cerebras-ai-chips-amazons-cloud-2026-03-13/ – To View The Cerebras/Amazon Deal.
Today, Cerebras Systems announced a massive collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deploy its CS-3 systems inside AWS data centers for ultra-fast AI inference. This infrastructure rollout follows Cerebras’s recent $10 billion computing agreement to deliver 750 megawatts of power to OpenAI through 2028. The market is currently starving for pure-play AI new issues, making Cerebras’s upcoming IPO one of the most highly anticipated public market debuts.

2. Tesla $TSLA and SpaceX Restructuring
Filings released yesterday confirmed that Tesla has officially converted its $2 billion investment in xAI into a minority equity stake in SpaceX. This conversion follows SpaceX’s recent acquisition of xAI, which merges orbital satellite capabilities with heavy artificial intelligence compute. For Tesla shareholders, this restructuring provides indirect exposure to SpaceX’s massive ambitions ahead of its rumored $1.5 trillion public listing.
3. MicroStrategy $MSTR Bitcoin Accumulation
MicroStrategy continues its relentless accumulation strategy, purchasing another 17,994 Bitcoin for $1.28 billion recently to bring its total treasury to 738,731 BTC. Beyond corporate buying, we believe something significant is brewing regarding the U.S. government establishing a formal Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. When this sovereign reserve materializes, it will likely trigger massive global FOMO as other nations rush to secure Bitcoin for their own treasuries.
Palantir $PLTR Government Contract Growth (Palantir.com)

Palantir shares have surged this month (During a 5-8% Correction) as the company continues to cement its dominance as the core AI operating system for the U.S. military. During its latest quarter, Palantir posted 70% revenue growth, driven heavily by major defense contracts including a $10 billion deal with the U.S. Army. This expanding operational footprint proves that government agencies are increasingly relying on private sector innovation for critical combat and logistical software.

The Defense Tech Renaissance
A new wave of military technology companies, including Anduril, Palantir, Shield AI, Chaos Industries, and Saronic, are radically transforming modern warfare capabilities. These disruptive firms are developing autonomous naval vessels, AI-driven drone swarms, and software-defined radar systems for edge combat. For the first time since World War II, the defense industry is finally attracting the absolute best software engineers to build next-generation battlefield infrastructure.

📖 G.L.A. Bible Rule #8: The Finance Media Is NOT Your Friend
Let’s be brutally honest about something that most people in this industry will never tell you: the financial media exists to manipulate your emotions, not to inform your investment decisions.
CNBC, Yahoo Finance, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters — these outlets consistently publish opinion-based, fear-driven headlines designed around one principle: if it bleeds, it leads.Every correction becomes a “crash.” Every pullback becomes a “recession warning.” Every red day becomes “investors flee.” The goal is not to educate you. The goal is to gaslight retail investors into making impulsive, emotional decisions — buying at the top out of greed and selling at the bottom out of fear.

The Talking Heads
Turn on “Mad Money” or “Fast Money” any given night. Those anchors are talking their books — promoting positions and narratives that align with their own financial interests, not with your investment objectives or long-term strategy. They speak with conviction and authority, but make no mistake: they are entertainers first and advisors never.
Then there are the so-called “analysts” they trot out week after week, declaring BUY, SELL, HOLD with absolute certainty. But ask yourself one simple question: when was the last time any of these analysts showed you their past results? They never do. Because the track record doesn’t support the confidence. The entire production of financial media is engineered to do three things:
Get you, the retail investor, to buy or sell at the worst possible time.
Confuse you with contradictory information and jargon so you feel overwhelmed.
Convince you that you need a “professional” to manage your money because you couldn’t possibly do it yourself.
That is the business model. You are the product.
An Ex-Broker’s Confession
I’m not speaking from theory — I’m speaking from experience. As a former broker who worked at 4 different firms, I can tell you firsthand: the average broker or financial advisor does shockingly little independent research. Their “expert opinions” don’t come from deep analysis of your portfolio or your financial goals. Their opinions come from what they are incentivized to say — whatever product the firm is pushing that quarter, whatever generates the highest commission, whatever keeps assets under management sticky enough to collect fees.
They over-diversify your portfolio not to protect your wealth, but to protect their liability. They build cookie-cutter 60/40 portfolios and charge you advisory fees for returns that, on average, simply mirror the S&P 500. You’re paying for a strategy you could replicate with a single index fund — and they know it.
A Different Choice
At G.L.A. INVEST RESEARCH CONSULTING, we exist to give investors something this industry desperately lacks: an honest alternative. We are not here to collect management fees on assets we barely monitor., We are not here to trade an earnings announcement or gamble for you. We are here to give you another choice — or at the very least, another tool — to help you make informed, research-driven investment decisions built on conviction, not confusion. Our mission is to arm you with the same caliber of deep-dive research and long-term strategic thinking that institutional investors rely on, so you can build and manage your own portfolio with confidence.
The finance media wants you scared. Wall Street wants you dependent. G.L.A. wants you informed.

Our Investing Philosophy is A little Unconventional, we like to put all of our eggs in 1 basket, then watch those baskets very closely.
