PALANTIR (PLTR): THE FORTRESS THAT IS HELPING THE US DOMINATE.

Buy. Hold. Repeat. Let the Compounding Do the Work.

“The stock market is a voting machine in the short term and a weighing machine in the long term.” — Benjamin Graham

The Bottom Line First

Palantir is not just a software company. It is the operating system of the modern American war machine, the AI brain of the U.S. government, and the fastest-growing enterprise software platform on earth — all wrapped in a fortress balance sheet with zero debt and $7.2 billion in cash. If you’ve been listening to the TradFi crowd telling you PLTR is “overvalued,” this newsletter is for you. Let’s go deep.

🚨 BREAKING: The U.S.-Iran Conflict — PLTR Is in the War Room

As the U.S.-Iran conflict escalated in early March 2026, defense stocks surged — and Palantir was leading the charge. This is not a coincidence. Palantir’s AI and data analytics platforms are deeply embedded in the U.S. military infrastructure. When the bullets fly and missile systems need targeting data, battlefield intelligence, and real-time logistics — they run on PLTR, and Palantir Thrives During Chaos.

President Trump has proposed a $1.5 trillion defense budget for 2027, representing a 50%+ increase over the $901 billion approved for 2026. This is the single biggest structural tailwind in modern defense history. Palantir is not peripheral to this — it is central to it. Modern warfare is no longer won with hardware alone; it is won with information superiority, AI-driven decision-making, and real-time data analytics. That is precisely what Palantir sells.

The irony? Pro-China-funded groups are now organizing protests against Palantir in Miami — a direct sign that adversaries consider Palantir a genuine national security threat to their interests. That is the most bullish thing we could hear. The enemies of America are scared of PLTR. We’re buying more.

For FY 2026, Palantir guided for revenue of $7.182–$7.198 billion, representing 61% growth, crushing analyst estimates by roughly 15%. The customer base expanded 34% year-over-year. This is not a company slowing down — it is a company that is accelerating.

🏰 The Fortress Balance Sheet

Original illustration from this archived newsletter

This is where G.L.A. Rule #4 — Know What You Own — really matters. Let’s look at the balance sheet:

  • $7.2 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term U.S. Treasury securities

  • Zero debt — none, not a penny

  • Total assets of $8.9 billion, all tangible — no accounting tricks

  • Current ratio of 7.11 — a ratio of 2.0 is considered outstanding by conventional standards

  • Adjusted current ratio (removing deferred revenue, which is future-locked income) of 10.89

One of Wall Street’s sharpest balance sheet analysts recently said this is “possibly the strongest balance sheet I know of, not just for a firm of this size, but that I know of.”Cash is accumulating at a rate of $791 million per quarter, growing from $5.2B to $7.2B year-over-year. This is a company that generates cash like a machine and owes nobody anything.

📐 Rule of 40: PLTR Just Broke the Scoreboard

The Rule of 40 is one of the most important metrics in enterprise software. It measures the sum of a company’s revenue growth rate + profit margin. A score above 40% is considered elite. The best SaaS companies in the world — Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake — typically score in the 40–60% range.

Palantir’s Rule of 40 score in Q4 2025: 127%.

That is not a typo. One hundred and twenty-seven percent. This score has been climbing every single quarter — from 57% in Q1 2024 to 127% in Q4 2025. There is no enterprise software company on the planet scoring anywhere close to this. When you combine 70% revenue growth with a 57% adjusted operating margin, you get a number that traditional financial models simply weren’t built to evaluate — and that is exactly why TradFi keeps getting PLTR wrong.

🧠 Why TradFi Analysts and the Media Have It Wrong — As Usual

This brings us to G.L.A. Rule #8 — The Finance Media Is Not Your Friend — and Rule #10 — Think Outside the Box.

Traditional analysts look at Palantir’s P/E ratio, see a high multiple, and scream “overvalued.” Here is why that thinking is lazy and wrong:

  • They are measuring the present — already priced in. We are modeling what PLTR earns 18–24 months from now.

  • They don’t understand the business model. Palantir’s AIP (AI Platform) is creating a demand flywheel unlike anything in enterprise software. Every boot camp they run with commercial clients converts to high-retention, long-term contracts.

  • They ignore the government moat. Palantir’s classified government work — 20+ years embedded in U.S. intelligence infrastructure — is literally impossible to replicate. The switching cost is national security itself.

  • They discount the Iran/defense catalyst. With a proposed $1.5 trillion defense budget for 2027, the TAM for military AI is expanding faster than any spreadsheet can model.

  • They use outdated valuation frameworks built for slow-growth industrial companies — not for AI platforms growing at 70% with 57% margins and a Rule of 40 score of 127%.

As G.L.A. Rule #10 states: “Too many investors look at the present with metrics like the PE ratio. The present is already priced in.” The investors who called NVDA “overvalued” at $50 are the same ones calling PLTR “overvalued” today. The weighing machine will prove them wrong — again.

📈 The G.L.A. Generational Wealth Formula in Action

DCA + Exponential Growth + Compounding Interest = Generational Wealth

Every dip in PLTR is a gift. Every correction fueled by the media saying “it’s overvalued” is a sale at your favorite store. The G.L.A. Sexy 6 has returned a 93.8% CAGR since 2021 — and PLTR has been a core engine of that return. The Iran conflict catalyst, the $1.5T defense budget proposal, the Rule of 40 at 127%, the $7.2B war chest with zero debt, and the AIP commercial flywheel are all converging simultaneously.

We don’t trade this. We don’t sell this on a bad headline. We buy, we hold, we DCA on weakness, and we let Alex Karp and the mission-driven team at Palantir do what they do best — build the future of AI, one government contract and one commercial boot camp at a time.

⚡ The G.L.A. Verdict

PALANTIR (PLTR) — STRONG BUY. OUR APPROACH: BUY AND HOLD. DCA ON EVERY DIP.

The media will keep running negative headlines. TradFi analysts will keep citing the P/E ratio. Pro-China networks will keep organizing protests. And Palantir will keep growing revenue at 70%, stacking cash with zero debt, and powering the most advanced military and commercial AI on the planet.

We don’t follow the masses. The masses follow us.
