📊 SECTION 1: MARKET OVERVIEW

Good morning, family. It’s the LAST TRADING DAY of Q1 2026, and we’re getting a relief rally.

Futures are GREEN across the board:

  • S&P 500 Futures (ES): 6,436.75 — UP +48.50 (+0.76%)

  • Nasdaq Futures (NQ): 23,299.50 — UP +159.75 (+0.69%)

  • Dow Futures (YM): 45,828 — UP +363 (+0.80%)

What’s driving the bounce? The Wall Street Journal reported last night that President Trump told aides he’s willing to end military hostilities against Iran even if the Strait of Hormuz remains partially shut. This is the first real signal of de-escalation since Operation Epic Fury launched on February 28th. Markets are responding with cautious optimism.

BUT — and this is important — the war is NOT over yet. Iran struck a Kuwaiti oil tanker in Dubai waters yesterday (no injuries), and crude oil is STILL elevated. WTI crude is at $104.18/barrel (+1.26%) and Brent is at $115.46 (+2.4%). U.S. gasoline just hit $4.00/gallon for the first time since August 2022. Gold is holding strong at $4,584 (+0.59%) as a hedge.

Here’s what the media WON’T tell you: The S&P 500 is down 7.8% in March — its worst month since September 2022. The Dow briefly hit correction territory. Tech has had FIVE consecutive losing months, its worst streak since 2002. Recession probability estimates are rising: Goldman Sachs at 30%, Moody’s at 50%, unemployment has crept to 4.4%.

The media is going to scream “RECESSION!” and try to scare you out of your positions. Don’t fall for it. (Bible Rule #8 — The Finance Media is Not Your Friend.) Every single crash and correction in history has been followed by recovery. The question isn’t IF the market comes back — it ALWAYS does — but whether YOU are positioned correctly when it does.

Today’s economic calendar: 112 economic events scheduled. Nike (NKE) earnings after close — a bellwether for consumer spending. McCormick (MKC) surging 3%+ premarket on Unilever merger talks. Tomorrow brings manufacturing data and ADP employment report.

Our stance: This is a BUYING OPPORTUNITY for long-term investors. The S&P 500 is within 10% of highs. Rule #19 tells us the market spends 83% of its time within 10% of all-time highs. We’re right on that edge. Our approach: DCA on weakness. Stay disciplined.

🔥 SECTION 2: THE SEXY 6 UPDATE

Here’s where your flagship portfolio stands this morning. Remember: we watch the COMPANY, not the daily stock price (Rule #18).

1. TESLA (TSLA) — $355.28 (prev close $361.83, -1.81%)

  • Trading range: $352.14 – $367.29

  • Q1 2026 deliveries expected around 368K vehicles — up from Q4, driven partly by subsidy arbitrage in Korea

  • GLJ Research (perpetual bears) still has a laughable $24.86 price target — ignore the noise

  • Catalyst watch: Q1 delivery numbers expected this week. Robotaxi and Optimus remain the real story

  • Our conviction: UNCHANGED. Tesla is building the future. Period.

2. PALANTIR (PLTR) — $137.55 (prev close $143.06, -3.85%)

  • Trading range: $136.30 – $144.12

  • Pentagon designated its Maven AI system as a “program of record” — HUGE for long-term government revenue

  • Wedbush maintains Outperform, $230 price target

  • Defense spending is accelerating with the Iran conflict — Palantir is a direct beneficiary

  • Catalyst watch: The war is actually a tailwind for PLTR. Government AI spending isn’t slowing down

3. STRATEGY (MSTR) — $121.44 (prev close $126.03, -3.64%)

  • Trading range: $120.80 – $130.34

  • Filed 8-K yesterday: NO new Bitcoin purchases and NO new equity sales during March 23-29

  • Total Bitcoin holdings: ~553,000+ BTC (including the massive 22,337 BTC purchase earlier this month via STRC preferred shares)

  • The “42/42” capital plan continues to execute. Saylor is playing chess while everyone else plays checkers

  • Catalyst watch: Bitcoin holding ~$68K despite war uncertainty. Any ceasefire = BTC and MSTR fly

4. ROBINHOOD (HOOD) — $65.16 (prev close $66.02, -1.30%)

  • Trading range: $63.52 – $67.89

  • Announced a $1.5 BILLION share buyback on March 24 — massive bullish signal from management

  • Stock has bounced 22.5% off its recent correction low

  • Catalyst watch: Buyback execution, crypto trading volumes, and new product launches

5. NVIDIA (NVDA) — $165.17 (prev close $167.52, -1.40%)

  • Trading range: $164.27 – $169.45

  • At GTC 2026 (March 16-19), Jensen Huang laid out a $1 TRILLION AI chip revenue opportunity through 2027

  • Launched Nemotron Coalition with leading AI labs for open frontier models

  • Forward P/E has dropped BELOW the S&P 500 average — this stock is getting CHEAP relative to growth

  • Catalyst watch: Continued AI infrastructure buildout. Every major tech company is spending billions on NVDA chips

6. ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) — $22.06 (prev close $21.90, +0.73%)

  • One of the few GREEN names today — Bitcoin holding strong near $68K

  • Crypto Fear & Greed Index at 11 (EXTREME FEAR) — historically one of the best times to buy

  • Global crypto market cap: $2.39 trillion

  • Catalyst watch: Iran ceasefire = risk-on = Bitcoin rips. Institutional adoption continues

📈 SECTION 3: APEX 10 ADDITIONS

BITMINE IMMERSION (BMNR) — $18.30 (prev close $18.39, -0.49%)

  • Market cap ~$8.4B. Crypto stocks held firm during the Nasdaq’s 1.5% tank on Middle East tensions — resilience

  • Watch for: Ethereum ecosystem developments and continued treasury accumulation

STRATEGY PREFERRED 10% (STRC) — $99.97 (prev close $99.91, +0.06%)

  • Trading essentially at par — stable as designed

  • STRC has become Strategy’s PRIMARY capital raising vehicle — $1.18 billion issued in a single week earlier this month

  • This is our income-oriented preferred-stock position within the crypto ecosystem — 10%+ yield while you wait

LEMONADE (LMND) — $58.72 (prev close $60.70, -3.26%)

  • Morgan Stanley upgraded to Overweight on March 17, triggering a 16.4% surge

  • Director Maria Angelidis-Smith bought $485K worth of shares on March 10 — insider buying is ALWAYS a bullish signal

  • Catalyst watch: Continued partnership expansion and path to profitability

AMAZON (AMZN) — $200.95 (prev close $199.34, +0.81%)

  • GREEN premarket — $200 billion AI supercycle spending is the story

  • Wolfe Research trimmed target slightly to $250 but maintains Outperform

  • AWS + AI = the two biggest growth engines in tech

  • Amazon is our “fortress” position — this company isn’t going anywhere but up long-term

🔒 SECTION 4: PRIVATE MARKET INTEL

The private market is ON FIRE heading into what could be the biggest IPO wave since 2021:

SpaceX / xAI — After the merger, valued at approximately $1.25 TRILLION. Could reach $1.75T at listing. Expected IPO in late 2026 or 2027.

Anthropic — Valued at $380 BILLION. Expected to explore a public listing in late 2026.

Anduril — MASSIVE NEWS: The U.S. Army awarded Anduril a 10-year contract worth up to $20 BILLION on March 14 for counter-drone capabilities.

Cerebras — AI chipmaker targeting an IPO in April 2026 (next month!). Re-filed its S-1 confidentially. The most credible NVDA competitor in AI chips.

Kraken — Filed S-1 in November 2025. IPO expected Q1-Q2 2026 at a $20 billion valuation.

Databricks — IPO expected early 2026. One of the most anticipated AI infrastructure listings.

Perplexity — Still private, raised through Series E. The AI search disruptor hasn’t filed for an IPO yet but is on everyone’s radar.

Neuralink — Remains private with no announced IPO plans. Brain-computer interface technology continues to advance.

Stripe, Erebor, Saronic, Vulcan — All still in the private market pipeline. The 2026-2027 IPO wave could be historic.

🏹 SECTION 5: ARK / CATHIE WOOD WATCH

Monday’s Trades (March 30):

  • BOUGHT: ~$3 million of CoreWeave (CRWV) — the NVIDIA-powered cloud computing company

  • SOLD: Teradyne and Veracyte positions

Recent Commentary:

  • Cathie’s 2026 Outlook: Called the U.S. economy “a coiled spring” — compressed energy ready to explode upward

  • Addressed Bitcoin and quantum computing fears: “Quantum computers are powerful, but not powerful enough to break Bitcoin”

  • Continues to be bullish on AI, robotics, genomics, blockchain, and energy storage

Our take: Cathie is buying into the correction. She sees what we see — innovation companies solving real problems don’t stay down. Smart money is accumulating while the crowd panics.

📖 SECTION 6: BIBLE LESSON OF THE DAY

Rule #6 — Volatility is a Feature, Not a Bug

“Like waves on a boat ride, or traffic at Rush Hour, Corrections are Literally part of This Game. So Don’t Panic or be Surprised when they happen!”

This rule couldn’t be more relevant today. We’re in the middle of a war-driven correction. The S&P is down nearly 10% from highs. Gas is $4/gallon. The media is screaming. Goldman is talking recession. Fear & Greed indexes are at EXTREME FEAR.

And you know what? This is NORMAL.

10% corrections happen on average once every 12 months. We haven’t had a major one in a while — we were overdue. The Iran conflict is the catalyst, but corrections always find a catalyst.

“Volatility is only bad if you don’t know what you own.” If you’ve done the research (Rule #22), if you know your companies (Rule #4), then this correction is nothing but a SALE at your favorite store.

The stock market is the only store on earth where shoppers get scared during a sale. Don’t be that shopper. DCA. Stay disciplined. Trust the research.

🏀 SECTION 7: SPORTS CORNER

March Madness — Final Four is SET!

Last night’s Elite Eight delivered an INSTANT CLASSIC. UConn defeated Duke on a buzzer-beater from freshman Braylon Mullins!

Your Final Four (April 4, Indianapolis — Lucas Oil Stadium):

  • UConn — Experience and clutch play

  • Illinois — Best offense in the country

  • Michigan — Size and shotmaking combo

  • Arizona — Unrelenting attack

Games tip off at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM ET on Saturday, April 4 on TBS. Championship game Monday, April 6 at 8:30 PM.

Women’s Elite Eight: South Carolina and Texas punched their Final Four tickets last night. South Carolina heading to their 6th straight Final Four.

MLB Opening Day is right around the corner. Spring is here!

💰 THE G.L.A. INVE$T GENERATIONAL WEALTH FORMULA

DCA + Exponential Growth + Compounding Interest = Generational Wealth

Every correction is an opportunity to Dollar Cost Average into the best companies in the world at DISCOUNTED prices. Five years from now, you won’t remember whether you bought Tesla at $350 or $360 — you’ll remember that you BOUGHT during the correction while everyone else was running scared.

Stay patient. Stay disciplined. Trust the research.
