📊 SECTION 1: MARKET OVERVIEW

Good morning, G.L.A. Nation! Welcome back from the long Easter weekend. Buckle up — this is going to be a WILD week.

Futures This Morning:

  • S&P 500 (ES): +0.1% — nudging higher but cautious

  • Nasdaq-100 (NQ): +0.3% — tech showing relative strength

  • Dow Jones (YM): -64 points (-0.1%) — slight red

What’s Driving Markets Right Now:

The entire market is laser-focused on ONE thing: the U.S.-Iran war and ceasefire negotiations. Here’s where we stand:

  • A 45-day ceasefire proposal has been delivered to both Iran and the U.S. via regional mediators (Pakistan brokered the framework). The deal would include an immediate ceasefire AND the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

  • BUT — Tehran has rejected any immediate move to reopen the Strait, and Iran says it will NOT engage in direct talks while the U.S. and Israel escalate attacks.

  • Trump’s ultimatum: He posted on Truth Social that Tuesday will be “Power Plant Day and Bridge Day” in Iran if the Strait isn’t reopened. His exact words: Iran will be “living in Hell.”

  • Oil is volatile: WTI crude around $110/barrel, Brent around $108. Gold sitting at $4,702.

The Jobs Report Nobody Could React To:

Friday’s March jobs report dropped while markets were CLOSED for Good Friday. Today is the first session to price it in:

  • 178,000 jobs added (consensus was only 59K — a massive beat)

  • Unemployment fell to 4.3% from 4.4%

  • BUT — that drop was largely from people leaving the labor force, not from strength. Layoffs ticked up, job openings stayed below expectations. Don’t let the headlines fool you.

Jamie Dimon’s Annual Letter dropped this morning warning about the Iran war, geopolitical tensions with China, and the economic headwinds from higher energy costs. When the CEO of America’s biggest bank is this cautious, pay attention to the risks — but remember, we MINE the risk, we don’t hide from it (Rule #12).

Media BS Alert 🚨: The finance media will spin this jobs number as proof the economy is “resilient.” Look deeper. A labor force participation DROP is NOT bullish. Higher oil prices from the Iran conflict will flow straight into inflation. The headlines are designed to make you feel comfortable. Stay sharp. (Rule #8)

S&P 500 rallied nearly 6% last week, snapping a 5-week losing streak. That was the best weekly performance since late November. The Dow gained 3%, Nasdaq popped 4.4%. Good. But don’t mistake a relief rally for the all-clear.

🔥 SECTION 2: THE SEXY 6 UPDATE

Our flagship portfolio — the companies we believe in most.

1. TESLA (TSLA) — Last Close: $360.59 (-5.42%)

  • 🔥 HUGE NEWS: South Korean sales up 330% year-over-year to 11,134 vehicles in March (Reuters). International demand is surging.

  • Analyst projects Tesla to deliver 1.6 million vehicles this year, with the ability to scale the unsupervised robotaxi fleet being THE key catalyst for 2026.

  • The pullback from recent highs is a gift for long-term holders. We don’t panic on 5% dips — we get excited. Robotaxi, Optimus, energy storage — the optionality here is unmatched.

  • Catalyst Watch: Q1 deliveries data, Robotaxi scaling updates, FSD expansion internationally.

2. PALANTIR (PLTR) — Last Close: $148.46 (+1.34%)

  • Motley Fool highlighting Palantir’s path to a $1 trillion market cap based on mid-20s P/S multiple at $45B revenue. That’s nearly 3X from current levels.

  • Stock pulled back ~38% from late-2025 highs earlier this year — classic innovation company volatility. The business fundamentals are STRONGER than ever.

  • AI platform adoption accelerating across government AND commercial. Network effects and switching costs create a fortress moat.

  • Catalyst Watch: Government contract announcements, defense spending (especially with Iran war driving urgency), Q1 earnings.

3. STRATEGY / MSTR (MSTR) — Last Close: $119.83 (-2.40%)

  • Bitcoin trading near $67,000 — Fear & Greed Index still in “Fear” territory. That’s historically been a contrarian BUY signal.

  • MSTR options activity is HIGH — it’s one of the most active options tickers this morning.

  • Strategy continues to accumulate BTC. Michael Saylor is not slowing down. The long-term thesis is intact: Bitcoin is the apex asset.

  • Catalyst Watch: Bitcoin price movement, any ceasefire deal (risk-on = BTC up), institutional flows.

4. ROBINHOOD (HOOD) — Last Close: $68.90 (-1.73%)

  • Q1 2026 earnings set for April 28 — mark your calendars. This is a major catalyst.

  • Needham lowered price target from $100 to $90, but still above current price. Analysts remain constructive.

  • Robinhood is becoming the financial super-app for the next generation. Prediction markets, crypto, options — they’re building everything.

  • Catalyst Watch: Q1 earnings April 28, trading volume data, crypto revenue momentum.

5. NVIDIA (NVDA) — Last Close: $177.39 (+0.93%)

  • Trading between $170-$177 range. Market cap hovering ~$3.2-3.4 trillion.

  • New U.S. AI export controls creating some headwinds, but domestic and allied demand is INSATIABLE.

  • The “Sovereign AI” narrative is real — every country wants their own AI infrastructure, and NVIDIA is the picks-and-shovels play of the century.

  • Catalyst Watch: AI chip demand data, export control developments, data center capex announcements.

6. ARKB (Bitcoin ETF) — Last Close: $22.24 (-1.68%)

  • Bitcoin near $67K. The Fear index is persistent — but persistent fear has historically been a contrarian indicator. Weak hands have been shaken out.

  • BTC has been compressed by risk-off from the Iran war. If ceasefire talks succeed → expect a sharp move higher.

  • Catalyst Watch: Iran ceasefire resolution, institutional ETF flow data, Bitcoin halving cycle tailwinds.

    📈 SECTION 3: APEX 10 ADDITIONS

    7. BITMINE IMMERSION (BMNR) — Last Close: $19.45 (-1.22%)

    • Our Ethereum treasury play. Moving with crypto broadly. Bitcoin fear = BMNR compressed.

    • Long-term thesis unchanged: as Ethereum and digital assets mature, mining/immersion infrastructure will be critical.

    8. STRATEGY INC PREFERRED 10% (STRC) — Last Close: $100.00 (Flat)

    • Rock solid at par value with the 10% preferred dividend. This is our “cash-like” position that pays us while we wait.

    • In volatile markets like this, having STRC as a stable income generator is exactly what the strategy calls for.

    9. LEMONADE (LMND) — Last Close: $61.47 (+0.66%)

    • Green on a red day — showing relative strength. AI-driven insurance is a massive TAM.

    • Lemonade continues to grow premiums and improve loss ratios. The market is slowly waking up to this one.

    10. AMAZON (AMZN) — Last Close: $209.77 (-0.38%)

    • Reports surfacing that Amazon may acquire Globalstar (GSAT) for satellite internet capabilities — shares of GSAT up 9% on the report.

    • Amazon remains our “fortress” position — AWS, e-commerce, logistics, and now potential satellite play.

    • Another “cash-like” mega-cap that we’re comfortable holding through volatility.

🔒 SECTION 4: PRIVATE MARKET INTEL

This week’s private market news is MASSIVE:

🚀 SpaceX — FILED FOR IPO!

    • SpaceX confidentially filed to go public last Wednesday. This would be the BIGGEST IPO IN HISTORY with a valuation around $1.75 TRILLION — higher than any company currently in the S&P 500.

    • SpaceX has officially merged with xAI (Elon’s AI company). The combined entity is a monster: space infrastructure + AI.

    • SpaceX is racing to list BEFORE OpenAI and Anthropic. This is the deal of the decade for retail investors.

🧠 Anthropic — Weighing Going Public

    • Anthropic is having a “moment” in private markets (TechCrunch). Its public standoff with the Department of Defense actually BOOSTED private market demand.

    • Targeting a late 2026 IPO alongside OpenAI. The AI IPO wave is coming.

💻 Cerebras — Fresh IPO Filing

    • After withdrawing its previous IPO registration in October, Cerebras has filed fresh paperwork and is meeting with analysts and investors THIS MONTH.

    • The AI chip competitor to NVIDIA is coming to public markets.

Other Private Holdings to Watch: Anduril (defense AI — benefiting hugely from Iran war spending), Saronic (autonomous naval vessels), Perplexity (AI search), Databricks, Stripe, Kraken, Neuralink — all continuing to build. The ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX) gives us exposure to many of these names.

🏹 SECTION 5: ARK / CATHIE WOOD WATCH

Cathie is BUYING the dip, as usual:

    • $6.9 million into CoreWeave (CRWV) — ARK Innovation ETF purchased 83,764 shares across March 30, 31, and April 1. CoreWeave is an AI data center/cloud infrastructure play. Cathie is doubling down on AI infrastructure during the pullback.

    • On CNBC last week, Cathie discussed adding OpenAI exposure to ARK ETFs, her bullish outlook on AI’s role in financial management, and the state of crypto markets.

    • Her message is consistent with ours: Don’t panic. Buy innovation on weakness. The long-term thesis is intact.

Cathie isn’t worried about short-term turbulence because she sticks with investments for the long haul. Sound familiar? (Rule #1, Rule #7)

📖 SECTION 6: BIBLE LESSON OF THE DAY

Rule #6 — Volatility is a Feature, Not a Bug

“Like waves on a boat ride, or traffic at Rush Hour, Corrections are Literally part of This Game. So Don’t Panic or be Surprised when they happen!”

TODAY’S APPLICATION: We just experienced a 5-week losing streak followed by a 6% weekly rally. The Iran war is causing daily swings of 2-3% in major indices. Oil is whipsawing. Trump is threatening “Power Plant Day.” Your phone is blowing up with notifications.

THIS IS THE GAME. This is exactly what we signed up for.

The people who get fearful during corrections don’t know what they own so naturally they panic. The people selling in fear last week — when the S&P was at its 5-week low — missed the 6% bounce. Rule #7 tells us: Miss 10 days, lose half your gains. Those who sold missed one of the best weeks of the year.

The big money USES this volatility to shake out the small money. The media AMPLIFIES fear because “if it bleeds, it leads.” But WE are different. We know what we own (Rule #4). Our research is the courage of our convictions (Rule #22). We genuinely are UNPHASED during periods of high volatility because we love the opportunity to buy our top investments during a sale.

Volatility is Vitality. Volatility is our Traveling Companion, and the Price We Agree to Pay for Exponential Growth.

The Iran situation WILL resolve — either through ceasefire or through escalation followed by resolution. Either way, the market comes back. It ALWAYS comes back. (Rule #1)

    🏈 SECTION 7: SPORTS CORNER

    Big sports day today!

    • 🏀 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship — March Madness reaches its CLIMAX tonight in Indianapolis! Michigan vs Arizona for the national title — should be an absolute war!

    • ⚾ MLB Opening Day Games — The baseball season is officially here! Jacob deGrom takes the mound for the Texas Rangers vs Seattle Mariners.

    • 🏀 NBA — Playoff positioning heats up with Lakers and Cavaliers among the favorites in tonight’s slate.

Enjoy the games tonight, G.L.A. Nation. But remember — markets open at 9:30 AM, and with Trump’s Tuesday deadline for Iran looming, tomorrow could be the most volatile session of the year. Stay ready.
