Happy Tuesday night!

Here’s a quick report on STRIPE INC, another Home run private market investment from Ace Management Partners, They have been in my top 5 or 6 for 3 years, looks like finally they will come public soon. We have a very limited number of shares remaining at $30.50 per share — representing a substantial discount to current secondary market levels on platforms like Hiive ($74) and Forge ($72.45) as of today.

Stripe is already very profitable, a rare achievement among high-growth private tech companies. In 2025, businesses running on Stripe generated $1.9 trillion in total payment volume (up 34% year-over-year and equivalent to roughly 1.6% of global GDP). This scale surpasses PayPal in key online metrics and cements Stripe as the undisputed king of online retail payments infrastructure. Its developer-friendly APIs, global reach, and expanding suite of financial services (billing, invoicing, tax, treasury, and more) power millions of businesses, from startups to the largest enterprises.

Led by visionary founders Patrick and John Collison (who Grew up in Ireland) Stripe consistently executes with exceptional product focus and long-term thinking. Their track record of building must-have infrastructure, combined with massive economic moats and a total addressable market in the trillions, positions the company perfectly within our proprietary scoring system.IPO Catalyst: Stripe is widely expected to go public via a direct listing (no new capital raise needed). Timing looks likely after major events like SpaceX liquidity — potentially in the 4th quarter of 2026 or early 2027 (in our opinion). A direct listing would allow for efficient price discovery and immediate liquidity for shareholders. Long-Term Vision: We believe Stripe has the potential to become a multi-trillion-dollar company(20x+ from current levels) over the next 10–15 years. Explosive growth in online commerce — accelerated by AI, drones, autonomous delivery, embedded finance, and global digital expansion — will drive this. Stripe’s infrastructure is the rails powering this future economy. Secondary Market Comparison (as of early May 2026):

  • Ace Management Partners: $30.50/share (limited inventory, first-come, first-served)

  • Hiive: ~$74/share

  • Forge: ~$72.45/share

  • This represents a ~58–59% discount through Ace — one of the most attractive entry points available for this private blue-chip name. With Ace’s proven track record of liquidity events and our team at Summit Venture Partners marketing their funds for nearly two years, this is a timely opportunity to add exposure to a foundational company in the AI-driven productivity boom. Limited shares remain at this discounted price.
